CCTV Systems (DRV’s)

We have moved on from digital video recorders, or also known as DRV’s, but we understand that many people, Install the system and then let it do it’s thing but recording non stop. Eventually these systems will need updating, camera cleaning and more. Well give us a call and we will do a full service. Which includes, system health check, cable runs and camera checks. We will then give you a full break down of any faults we may come across and what will be your best option to correct the faults found.

Networking Systems

Full networking systems are now fast becoming the new recommended way to connect static devices to your internet. Some of these items include Smart TV’s, Home office set ups, Smart surround sounds. By hard wiring these devices, or any devices in an office, it takes that stress off the Wifi Network and can improve uptime of the network. If you have an older system, the chances of there being faults and downtime of the equipment is more than likely, so if this was to happen, we are here 24/HR a day, 365 day a year. Remote Monitoring

Here at JS Protection Services, we wanted to be able to offer the whole package, from installing or upgrading your old systems, to maintaining and keeping it running a monitoring it. There are two types of monitoring we offer.

Systems Monitoring – Servers, Office & Home Internet

Remote monitoring of a system means that we keep an eye on your up-time of your system, upgrade software, firewalls, settings and more to keep the system running to the standard and reliability you request. If we notice any problems or get a report of a problem, we can remotely log and access the systems and run tests and check and fix the problems, hopefully without have to make an on-site call.

Remote viewing – CCTV & Other Security Devices

All our systems have the means of being connected to an internet connection, which allows you to view your premises wherever you may be. We our Southeast based control room has full licensed and trained professionals, monitoring systems for security concerns and documenting them. If need be, they can send one of our Response Team members to check premises and we can act on your behalf. This can be as an aftercare package or for a short time for say when you’re on Holiday and want to make sure your home is secured and is being monitored by us for any changes while your away.

24/HR Onsite Response

Need a visual presence on your premises? Has your security system notified you of a security breach. And you want it checked out by a trained professional. Our response teams are standing by so that we can reassure you and keep you, your home or your business premises protected at all times. Your safety and secure is our highest priority, with that in mind, our team are here to assist you.

Control Room

Our reponse teams are in radio contact with the control room at all times, this allows the control room to update you once the response team have checked out your premises. The control room staff will always check in with you first and let you know what the situation may be, if you haven’t made contact with us first. Once the team are on-site they will deal with any situation that they face, this may mean that police may need to be called. As mentioned before the control room staff will update you the whole time

Technical Response

We don’t just have a response team on stand-by, we have a technical team waiting to fix any issues that may arise for any networking or security equipment. Do you have your shop alarm going off all the time but the building is secure? Our technician team will respond and take a look for you.

Final Reports

JS Protection Services, use modern technology and advance diagnostic equipment, to allow them to offer the best service to you. All response and technical teams, are aided by the control room staff via a radio for live communication and a computer logging software, this allows us to package the whole incident up, from the first call, to the live footage or photos of the incident / repairs, this package of video, images, radio and call records are accompanied by a final write up from the member of our team who attended site.
